This package also includes invaluable assistance during construction and the permit process, bridging the gap between design and practical implementation. Our commitment extends beyond project completion, with a post-construction review to ensure the final product is truly aligned with the envisioned design.   • Unlimited client meetings for personalized and efficient service

  • Dedicated project manager for personalized and efficient service

  • Detailed interior design for all spaces, with unlimited revisions for each space

  • Assistance during construction, including unlimited site visits to ensure the design is being implemented correctly

  • Unlimited interior and exterior 3D renderings for complete project visualization

  • Continued assistance with building permit process, including preparing necessary documents, completing applications, and acting as the point of contact for all permit-related matters

  • Assistance with coordinating with the building department and ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations

  • Consultant coordination: We will liaise with structural, mechanical, and other consultants as necessary to provide a holistic design and construction process

  • Provision of additional drawings or on-site assistance as needed by the builder until project completion

  • Assistance with material selection and color palette to harmonize the overall aesthetic of the project

  • Post-construction review: After the project is completed, we will visit the site and review the completed work to ensure it aligns with our design and your vision. We will also provide a report summarizing any deviations from the original design and propose solutions if required.
